Her fascination with Latin America inspired the singer, cigar manufacturer and author Annette Meisl to create this unusual artistic project: Together with the South American band ConZumo - "juicy" in German - songs, stories and rousing rhythms will be heard on the subject of Cuba, philosophy of life and cigars, a profession that Annette Meisl has made her passion for 15 years. Annette Meisl sings and chats about this Caribbean lifestyle in the style of a “salon lady” of bygone times together with the band around the magnificent Chilean pianist Ramón Gorigoitea in German, French, Spanish, Turkish and English. The basis is Latino hits from the 30s and 40s, which ConZumo presents in current arrangements.
